ACT Spay/Neuter Clinic is a low cost, high quality, high volume spay and neuter clinic for dogs and cats. They opened in Stockton in late 2009 and have safely and humanely sterilized thousands of animals. With grant funds and in cooperation with municipal and rescue partners, they run periodic “specials,” for animals more at risk of abandonment and euthanasia.
Thanks to a Dogs Trust USA grant, ACT will offer residents of 95206 zip code a $15 co-pay spay/neuter surgery for pitbulls and pitbull mixes which are sadly one of the most common breeds found in shelters.
